The maintenance crew is always there to assist with the repairs. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. The amenities are very well maintained. October 4, 2025Some improvements... I'm glad that more reminders of building policies are emailed out. But not much is being done with tenants being held responsible. Tenants still smoke in the common areas and such...other tenants see this and do the same. Building is clean. Packages are better handled. I give it four stars.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025Mostly positive Pros: Staff is nice and seemed to be thorough and responsive to pre-move in questions. Apartment was clean with upgraded kitchen appliances and countertops. Garage is nice & I like my parking spot. Online app was convenient and streamlined the move in process. There are a good number of communal areas which I'm sure some like. Cons: Apt wasn't quite ready in the morning of move in date. They said they still had to fix something and carpet was wet still where they treated a prior ...stain. Toilet seems to occasionally run on its own though I haven't reported that. Parking is kind of expensive & wish they had EV stations. Biggest con is that the halls smell like a kennel but good thing is, the apt doesn't.Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2025Management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with Never in my life would I ever move in to this place. Outdated apartments the whole place is smoking mirrors from the vinyl flooring to the wood sticker cabinets. Nothing is luxury about this building except for the pricing.
