Leaking HVAC For the 2nd year in a row the A/C unit above one of our closets leaked water on our belongings.
We were told last year that this wouldn’t happen again.
My daughter had to empty her closet & stack her belongings in various rooms for several days.

Wonderful community. I am very satisfied living in this community. It is a quiet, safe, and welcoming place. The maintenance and cleaning teams do an excellent job keeping both the buildings and the outdoor areas clean and well maintained.
Whenever I have needed maintenance services, they have responded quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciate.
The only thing I wish is that the rent would not increase when it is time to renew the lease. Other than that, I have had a very positive ...

Great Apartment Complex! I really love living here, the amenities are my favorite part and it is very comfortable to be here. The garage can sometimes be nerve-wracking to drive in because the driving path doesn't feel wide enough with how some of the residents drive, but otherwise, great place! They even offer yoga classes and food trucks to come outside the complex for the days I don't feel like cooking and driving, it is very convenient. AC issue was not resolved AC wasn’t cooling, eco bee sent me an email saying there was an issue with the HVAC system. I got an email saying maintenance resolved the issue but when I got home the temp in my apartment was still 78 degrees. Eco bee emailed me again last night saying there was still an issue with my HVAC
