    Sofi apartments are on top of it all. New Washer & Dryer inside unit, New Gym, remodeled pool, Barbecue Grills, Kids playground. Close to schools, Vons Shopping Center, Very friendly and talkative Management Staff. Must visit and see! Resident over a year now

    I'v been there for over 5 years. The complex is very well maintained with trees and grass everywhere. This is a very quiet and relaxing complex with one and two bedroom units. It has a new play area and gas bbqs. It has a play room with pool tables and ping pong. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area is very nice with lots of room for fun with friends and family. I only wish it had a gym . I havent had any major maintenance issues and the small ones i had were fixed right away. This complex is very ...

  • Living here has been an effortless joy.

    Since moving in here nine months ago it has been a joy. The management company has proven to be a rare exception in the Ventura market, it is one that actually works with you to solve problems and doesn't hold it against you. Grounds are clean, safe, and very welcoming. It is one of the best places to enjoy life. It feels like a bonafide part of the community. Kitchen is spacious and modern and the noise of neighbors is a real minimum. This is a great place to call home.
