I've been living within these units for over four years and the quality of life has shot down significantly as of lately, there's an absurd amount of garbage left all over the place including the picnic areas where pot smokers meet every night to throw away their roaches, snack bags, and drinks on the ground even though there's at least five garbage cans located near them!
