If you love filth, move here!
November 3, 2023Want to live where outside people come to freely smoke marijuana on a daily and nightly basis on the facilities meant for tenants with children or even just parked in tenants spaces, and throwing garbage all over the grounds? Then this is the place for you! Don't forget the copious amounts of unpicked up dog waste left everywhere, and obnoxiously loud non-tenants using the basketball courts blasting rap music on low quality speakers where they're cursing on top of their lungs for children to ...hear! I've been living within these units for over four years and the quality of life has shot down significantly as of lately, there's an absurd amount of garbage left all over the place including the picnic areas where pot smokers meet every night to throw away their roaches, snack bags, and drinks on the ground even though there's at least five garbage cans located near them!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The complex needs security and speed bumps
June 13, 2023People hang out by the park and basketball court in the parking lot doing God knows what with there loud cars late at night like it’s a hang out spot and they all decide to pull off very aggressively out the parking lot and out the complex. Sofia South Plainfield needs to put up security gates at the 2 entrances/exits and have a security guard to let visitors in & out and keep a log on there whereabouts and give tenants cards to enter/exit and put speed bumps on the parking lot to slow down ...vehicles. Vehicles be flying in the parking lot. Sofia South Plainfield needs to do major changes with the rent money they asking for and the apartments are really small with the money they asking for also.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Needs a lot of work
June 13, 2023No regulation of who enters the complex. People from outside come in and use the basketball courts and speed through the parking lots. Scattered trash and dog waste throughout the property.Review from Apartments.com
Nice place but people smoking weed outside is horrible
June 4, 2023Tenants smoke weed on their balconies and nothing is done about it. You have to walk to your apartment with your kids and smell weed. Also picnic area has become a hang out spot for smoking as well late at night. There are no restrictions as far as who comes in and out of this complex anyone can come in and out and do as they please such as use our picnic area use our basketball courts and even to just come and dump their garbage in our dumpsters. Some people come driving in the complex like if ...it’s a racetrack and there are no speed bumps to slow them down. It’s a nice place but many things need to be changed for the amount of rent they are asking for.Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2020My roommate and I moved in recently and love it already. Spacious apartment and we love being able to walk around the grounds.
