Maintenance never comes!!
November 10, 2022We put a maintenance request in to get our bathroom sink faucet and the lining on our backdoor fixed. Two and a half weeks went by and someone finally showed up. They didn't fix the correct door and made our other door worse leaving a gap in between the door and the frame. Our bathroom faucet wasn't fixed either. We told management that nothing was fixed, only made worse. They told us we needed to submit another maintenance request in order for it to be done. We put one in and explained in great ...detail what needed to be done. Three weeks later our apartment decided to power wash the outside floor of the apartments. Due to the gap that was left in our door frame water got all in our apartment and ruined a brand new rug we had. Over a month had gone by and no one had come to our apartment to make the fixes. I went to the management office yesterday and explained everything. The lady in the front texted someone telling them to come to our apartment and fix what we needed. She told us we needed to have our dog locked up, we said that was fine but they needed to make sure to come. Guess what, no one came to fix anything!!!! We have had multiple occasions where we have locked up our large dog, just for maintenance not to show up. VERY frustrating and unprofessional. No one who pays rent on time, and does everything by the books should have to wait OVER a month to get something fixed in the apartment THEY pay for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 28, 2021I love love Soho Parkway! The maintenance is quick, professional and strategic while being fast. Office staff is slways so caring and attentive to my family's needs when we go to see them. The location is A1. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of space and sidewalks available to walk your dogs or family walks. I have to be transparent, during the time of the pandemic I was out of work and working on getting my real estate license, Soho Parkway was very curious and helping my family receive some rent ...assistance and thankfully we did! April 19, 2021I have not lived here long but so far its been amazing. Community is welcoming and the atmosphere at night is safe and lovely for walks! Staff is more than helpful getting you through the approval steps which is great because I moved from Nevada without being able to come visit in person! I had a minor maintenance issue with a cabinet and within 2 hrs of placing a work order on the very easy to use resident portal, there was a wonderfully polite maintenance man at my door and did a great fix. April 9, 2021Love the space of my 3 bedroom apartment here. The maintenance staff is A1!! They are fast and they don't half do your works orders!
