My husband and I are having a great experience living at SolTerra so far. We love the peaceful and private atmosphere, the beautiful modern homes, and amenities like the pool and 24/7 gym. The community is also conveniently located near plenty of shopping and everyday necessities. The management and service teams have also been consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful, which has made our overall experience at SolTerra a very positive one.

We’ve really enjoyed living at SolTerra so far. The community is beautiful, modern, and feels like a great place to call home. We love our home and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood. The amenities and location are great, and we’re happy we chose SolTerra. Like any new community, there are a few things that could be improved, but overall our experience has been positive and we look forward to continuing to make this our home.

It’s been pure misery living at SolTerra. Now, having to move prior to my budgeted timeframe and in the midst of the most expensive season for moving just for my to fine a little slice of peace is truly ridiculous and extremely difficult. I’ve done nothing but be an outstanding resident but have consistently met with challenges, miscommunication, days off work and inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend a move here.
