    I have been living at Cortland Red Mountain for 3 years and I haved recommended it to many of my friends looking for an apartment community. It's affordable, well maintained, and centrally located for anywhere you want to go with quick access to the Airport, Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, and various popular shopping centers. The community is fairly quiet and great for couples, students, pet owners, and working adults.

    I’ve been at Cortland Red Mountain for about a year and a half and have nothing but positive experiences here. The community is well kept and the amenities are great! Moving in, the process was quick, easy, and my apartment was well cleaned and maintained. I love my space here at Cortland.
