May 24, 2025The apartment is lovely, minor issues upon moving in. Staff is incredibly helpful getting issues resolved. Proper overall needs some TLC.Also, it takes multiple requests for maintenance to get something fixed and the trash pick up is not consistent. February 16, 2025The office representatives are all kind and the location of the complex is excellent, but it appears that there are issues with communication between office staff when it comes to ensuring that they have everything they need from potential/new tenants when renting out units. More importantly, the unit I just moved into came quite damaged (huge water leak/stain that was just painted over rather than repaired, deep burns on glass stove, expired/empty apartment provided fire extinguisher, window ...latches that are stuck, and the unit was not cleaned when I picked up my keys). I was so excited to live here and had such high hopes for this complex given how it is a beautiful and walkable community with so many amenities provided, but its been more of a negative experience for me than a positive one so far.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024I have head an overall great experience here, minus some issues with some neighbors. But the staff and maintenance has been absolutely awesome. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get a hold of them, but they really do assist you with your needs. I have also had issues with Bierkeller, they have customers who like to park in resident parking, so you have to fight for parking too, but like I said overall it’s been a good experience.Property Manager Responded
