July 12, 2025The complex has turned into a dump; Potholes everywhere, no landscaping (other than leaf blowing) has been done near my building in months, homeless people dumpster diving in the overflowing trash, torn up pool chairs, lack of safety and the cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings just continues to decrease the longer I live here. I also recently was supposed to receive renewal options and didn’t receive them until I was within my 60 day range to give my move out notice - so I’m sure that will ...result in an additional fee at my expense for management’s issue. May 24, 2025The apartment is lovely, minor issues upon moving in. Staff is incredibly helpful getting issues resolved. Proper overall needs some TLC.Also, it takes multiple requests for maintenance to get something fixed and the trash pick up is not consistent.
