Do your homework BEFORE you move-in
April 2, 2025The agents at the office are very helpful, but once moved-in, I noticed a few things that they seem to avoid taking care of; Ex: left over pile of Garbage less than 50 feet from our Building, and the Landscaping crew does a little as possible; we have dead bushes and un-attended shrubbery that looks like it hasn't been trimmed in Months. If you move here, plan to look around really well, otherwise you'll be chasing the Office to do these things that should've been done, BEFORE you move in.Review from Apartments.com

July 10, 20243 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 20243 years and counting and are still so happy to live here. Tempestt is one of the main reasons because we live here because she is professional and kind. She's always there for us. The maintenance team is very good at getting things done. Their response time is less than 24 hours. This is a Smoke free community.
