I can't get over this complex. As soon as we moved in we were welcomed greatly, along with that any issues or service requests we have are quickly resolved, with fantastic customer service. I'm still in awh that I live here.

Great place to live

We have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy. Maintenance is always fast if there is ever an issue. Homes are very well built. Staff is always very nice.

Wonderful place

Move in process was easy and completely non-stressful. Management has been nothing but courteous and listens if any issues arise. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, safe community, and within a short drive of anywhere we need to be.

Feels like home

I only intended to live here for a year but, then I came to love it and have now been here for three years. The manager Cindy is easy to talk to and I always feel welcome. She hears us out and even put in extra pet stations. Before Cindy came around I wanted to move. Now that she has been here we keep renewing our lease. I have moved most of my life and I really feel like this is home with a staff that is understanding and friendly.

I’ve lived here not even a year and management has been ridiculous. We’ve gotten 3 notices on our door in one day with three different dates stating to be fined for violations by the third warning. They are just after money

Good construction; quality appliances and fixtures, real granite countertops. It's great to have a garage too! Refreshingly attentive management staff. What I would subjectively call "good" neighbors too: families, graduate students, that sort of thing, all very friendly. This place is a new benchmark in the Herriman/Riverton area.
