Solana Ridge isn't a bad place to live. You will have issues everywhere, whether you rent or own. The challenge is how quickly those issues are responded to and taken care of. From what I've witnessed personally. I think Solana Ridge does a pretty good job.

As a resident of Solana Ridge for a number of years, I've found the community to be consistently pleasant, quiet, and reasonably well maintained. The leasing agents and maintenance crew have always been polite, friendly and efficient.

Solana Ridge has management that goes above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance team is timely and always gets the job done. The landscaping team keeps the place looking tidy and they are very friendly.
