The landscaping is beautiful, and the amenities like the pool and gym are always in great condition.         I absolutely was impressed with not only the design in modern apartment units but what really got me to pick this as my home has been the staff members at the leasing office, even the Maintenance team. Everyone has been so accommodating and friendly. This makes it a desirable place to live.

        Had a great tour with Jessica this pass weekend! She was very informative and took the time to listen to my needs and showed me the best options for what I’m looking for. Love their A2 layouts! Definitely recommend this floor plan if you are looking for a 1 bedroom. The pool area is amazing and it all feels like a resort! Can’t wait to be able to move in!

        This is a beautiful complex with gorgeous apartments! The amenities are top tier! I have never experienced an apartment with the amount of amenities that Solana Winchester Hills has! Absolutely amazing and the Staff is amazing! Highly recommend!

        My Husband and I moved here towards the end of Sept of last year. We looked at many Apts here in Temecula. Once we saw it we knew this one was it! We are both retired but very active. We love this luxurious apt compare to the many apts we saw. There is no comparison. This has everything we were looking for. Very upscale amenities. The Pool area is like a 5 star resort. The office staff is very friendly and accomodating. It is also pet friendly and includes a doggie park which our Yorkie loves. ...
        I love cooking and i finally got my dream kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Everyone that comes to visit is vey impressed so much that a family member moved in this month. We're very happy here. We highly recommend Solana Winchester Hills~
