I know there is a lot of negative reviews but I can tell you I love living here. I feel safe, apartments are really big. Had no problem with neighbors. Love that there is shopping center and my job across the street. The bus stop is a plus as my son uses it for going to college. They have a weight room and pool with barbecue area, and now a play area for the kids. Maintence is great and ...if I have a problem I go in the office and they take care of it right away. The apartment complex is right across from a plaza filled with almost everything you could need, from Walmart, Vallarta Supermarket, to Arco (or, if you prefer, the Chevron down the street). The parking lots are well lit so there isn't too much concern for those who walk their pets at night.
