Disappointed
March 18, 2026This place is not what it used to be 2 yrs. The drastic decline in maintenance of the outside appearance is sad. They have garbage bins in the actual parking spaces and garbage bags now occupy at least 2 of the spots. For weeks the residents were being swarmed by fruit flies and bugs. Parking is DEPLORABALE here. They have no structure and security does nothing. People from various buildings come and take all the parking so you are forced to park far away from your building even if its 5pm! ...Management is not consistent here. They change often and to get maintenance to actually fix any issues, you have to go through hell. They will say the service is completed and no one comes.
