Parking issues and overpriced

This place is clean but maintenance team are very unprofessional they fix things like a Mickey Mouse fixer upper. Apartments weren’t built for privacy you could literally hear everything next door, upstairs and downstairs. Neighbors easily complain about everything if you take too long using the laundry rooms. Manager Patty is rude you never know when she’s in a good mood. Red flag here is parking is a major issue tenants hug the 1st come serve open parking spaces. You’ll never get a chance to ...
park after 4pm. She posts a notice on your car about parking by the pool during buisness hours which they never use. It’s not a friendly community when your children can’t play ball outside. Everything bothers the manager. Rent is overpriced you pay water, trash which is separate from your monthly rent. Every year they raise rent by $100 dlls. I only lived here until my lease expired I don’t recommend anyone to come live here. The other manager was nicer and wasn’t selfish a lot of ppl move in and move out because of management

Unprofessional Went in for the “open house” event DURING the hours that were posted. Staff was at lunch so I had to wait 30 minutes. Once staff came back they were unaware that they were having an open house event and said I would need to come back another day because they had other potential residents scheduled. BIG disappointment. But the grounds and apartments looked cleaned and maintained from what I saw from waiting.
