I have been a proud resident of Solara for the past three years, and I can say without a doubt that it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my living situation. I was impressed by its eco-friendly design and commitment to sustainability. The buildings are constructed with energy-efficient materials and feature amenities such as electric car charging stations making it easy for residents to live a more environmentally conscious lifestyle. The property manager and maintenance crew are ...
incredibly responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to address any concerns or issues.
Another huge plus is that all utilities are included in the monthly rent. This takes a lot of stress and hassle out of the equation, and I know that I can rely on having reliable, high-quality services without having to worry about paying separate bills for each.
Overall, I am beyond happy with my decision to call Solara home. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been renting here since the place opened up and my experience has generally been really great! Things were a little bumpy in the beginning but the management and maintenance are now on top of things. There’s always plenty of parking which is a pet peeve of mine. What drew me to the development is the eco-friendly aspect which you really can’t find anywhere or the fact that utilities, internet and covered parking are included. The clubhouse which took forever to complete came out ...

I want to give Solara 5+ stars. The staff is professional, courteous and responsive to your requests. They have free charging stations for cars and ample parking under the carports. The apartments are beautiful and the all in one pricing is easy but you hear EVERYTHING. You hear the people going in and out and talking in the halls. The walls shake when the upstairs tenants walk in their apartments and on the stairs and when they slam their doors. You can hear every word of your neighbors' ...
conversations when you are sitting in your place with the doors and windows shut tight. You're awakened in the middle of the night by random thumping and banging. The hot water never really gets that hot. The complex is still under construction but the noise may drive good tenants away.
