Poor office response
June 13, 2025Issues aren’t handled with honesty or in a timely manner. It’s way too loud here. Thin walls. People shouting in the halls. The pool is usually too crowded to enjoy. They pressure wash the halls & blow water and debris into your unit under the door. It just sucks here.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2025If I could give Solaris Key zero stars, I would. Living here 8+ years has been a constant source of frustration & misery. The management is unresponsive; they rarely answer the phone, and when you email them for assistance, they often provide misleading information, out right lie or fail to follow through. Maintenance requests are frequently ignored though the workers are nice just not very knowledgeable, and the common areas are poorly maintained, with trash and debris left unattended as well as ...dog droppings on the sidewalks. The gym equipment has been broken for years, and the repair technician shows up maybe once a year, openly admitting how cheap the management is. Noise is a constant issue due to thin walls, removal of carpets to cheap vinyl with no padding just concrete and ongoing construction, making it difficult to relax in your own home. Security is lacking, with reports of vehicle break-ins and package thefts, and the gates are often broken, leaving the community vulnerable, read the reviews and community facebook you eill see what i mean. Rent increases are exorbitant, with some residents including ourselves experiencing hikes of up to 40% upon lease renewal yr over yr, which is unjustifiable given the declining quality of living conditions. The amenities, while advertised as "luxurious", are often unusable due to poor maintenance. Dog waste is everywhere, and most dogs are off-leash, many of which are oversized or of unapproved breeds, violating the community's pet policy which is somethingyiur required to sign on your lease agreement. The property is also infested with ants & silverfish, and there are frequent sightings of homeless individuals on the premises & sleeping in and around the clubhouse at night, never leave anythingon your porch it will be stolen. If you choose to live here, document everything—every email, maintenance request, and interaction with management—because you'll need a paper trail to hold them accountable. Overall, Solaris Key is overpriced and poorly managed; I would not recommend it to anyone. Don't be fooled by their inevitable auto-reply to this review stating how easily they would resolve issues if you talk with them & how wrong i am even though i lived there not them. It's just following corporate orders; nothing will be resolved its just a job for them. Look elsewhere, read all reviews not just mind.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
