June 2, 2025Living at Solaris at The Biltmore has been a great. Ive lived here for the past 15 years and have never had a problem. the complex is super safe and the staff are amazing. They are quick to respond to any problem in my unit. I have never had any bug problems and I've moved to several units during these past few years. January 5, 2017After shopping a lot of places, I moved into Solaris because it was one of the few properties that looked and felt the same in person as what is shown online. It's clean and neat, features are excellent for the money, and pricing is also accurate to what you see online. The neighborhood also feels safe for daily walks and runs.Review from Apartments.com
