Quiet simply the leasing office Manager Nancy and Assistant Manager Brissa are fantastic. The Maintenance department Roberto and Abraham do excelent work. Everyone treats me like family. I highly recommend this property to live at. Everyone is exceptionally nice.

I have lived at this complex for several years and have had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and conveniences nearby. The move in process was smooth and straightforward, and the management team has always been responsive and helpful whenever repairs or maintenance have been needed.

Living at Solaris at The Biltmore has been a great. Ive lived here for the past 15 years and have never had a problem. the complex is super safe and the staff are amazing. They are quick to respond to any problem in my unit. I have never had any bug problems and I've moved to several units during these past few years. I recommend renting here if you are looking for a peaceful home.

After shopping a lot of places, I moved into Solaris because it was one of the few properties that looked and felt the same in person as what is shown online. It's clean and neat, features are excellent for the money, and pricing is also accurate to what you see online. The neighborhood also feels safe for daily walks and runs.
