We love living here, the management is nice and caring and helped us through the process of applying and moving into our apartment. When we had any maintenance requests they was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We love love the amenities they offer,it’s a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly and we love the fact that they have different planned activities for the residents. We just love being here and being able to call this place home.

Been here for about 4 years. Since my boyfriend and I have moved in, we have had friendly neighbors and anything you need fixed, the very considerate staff comes to the rescue in almost no time at all. Quiet, well kept complex. This apartment complex is well ran, with professional and courteous staff. Stephanie is the manager and I can't say enough about how easy it has been to work with her. The complex is quite, well maintained, and feels safe. The apartments are older but have been kept up well. No problems with bugs, mold, or anything else. Great place to live.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints at all. The value is unbeatable, I have looked at many other apartment complexes and have yet to find a better value for my money. The management is always very inviting and helpful with any requests. I had a very large package delivered to the office and completely forgot about it, I work 70 hours a week so many times I am just too busy, the office was so helpful and even stayed after their work hours in order for me to come pick it ...

up! I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend The Solarium to anyone searching for a great place to live!
