When we had any maintenance requests they was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We love love the amenities they offer,it’s a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly and we love the fact that they have different planned activities for the residents. We just love being here and being able to call this place home.

The value is unbeatable, I have looked at many other apartment complexes and have yet to find a better value for my money. The management is always very inviting and helpful with any requests. I had a very large package delivered to the office and completely forgot about it, I work 70 hours a week so many times I am just too busy, the office was so helpful and even stayed after their work hours in order for me to come pick it ...up! I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend The Solarium to anyone searching for a great place to live!Read More
