May 17, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIf you’re thinking about renting here please look around at other places in Fort Worth. This is by far the worst rental property company that I have ever experienced in all of my rental history. So you’ll pay $119 for the first application and about $70 for all other applicants. They won’t take into account your rental history that happened during Covid when people could barely make rent and had to depend on programs to help.
