December 30, 2024Beautiful community that still needs improvements such as having elevators, unfinished corridors that take away from the building aesthetics, management team skills could be enhanced by proper training. There’s no Christmas decorations in the entrance to our community (compared to Lennar’s and other nearby communities). The gate is locked and our cars can’t open it, therefore we need to drive around to get to our apartment. I still can’t recommend this place to friends and family. I came here ...with the best intentions and positive energy. This has shifted with the nonsense.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2024The community is nice and the amenities are up to date. However, the parking is a joke, I requested a second parking permit and a transponder for my second vehicle and I got shutdown since apparently I’m only allowed to have one vehicle per lease holder, but there’s other residents with multiple vehicles including motorcycles.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024Elan Solea is by far the most beautiful and affordable luxury apartment in the Miami Lakes area. From the beautiful amenities to the warm, comforting staff this community is a breath of fresh air and the place I look forward to going after a long days work. Not to mention the location is perfect; far enough from all the noise but close enough to amazing restaurants and activities for a nice night out.
