We’re into our second year here calling this place home.?? the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and the office staff is very professional. When things get off track, the management always gets things running smoothly again. There’s everything from Publix vet post office, great restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, etc.. It’s an older part of Miramar so there’s older growth trees, which makes it a very cool place. It’s pretty much everything you need at the gym which is right at the clubhouse and the pool is amazing. We are on our second term here. The staff and the maintenance crews are ...doing their job well. They just hosted a pool party with a DJ and free food and karaoke. The community is lush with greenery, and every morning I’m greeted by swaying palm trees and the soothing sounds of nature. My unit is spacious and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite things is lounging on my balcony with a cup of coffee, enjoying the calm view of the lake nearby.
