December 9, 2025I love living at Solena! Every one is so nice and friendly. We’re into our second year here calling this place home.?? the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and the office staff is very professional. When things get off track, the management always gets things running smoothly again. November 30, 2025The staff is quick to handle any issues we may have. No smoking smell anymore which is amazing. The only negative I would say is that I wish there were speed signs in the parking lot. People fly though there often.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025We love living at Solena. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s great that there are so many things in walking distance. There’s everything from Publix vet post office, great restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, etc.. It’s an older part of Miramar so there’s older growth trees, which makes it a very cool place. It’s pretty much everything you need at the gym which is right at the clubhouse and the pool is amazing. We are on our second term here. The staff and the maintenance crews are ...doing their job well. They just hosted a pool party with a DJ and free food and karaoke. It was a fun time had by all and a nice wrap-up to the end of the summer. The whole community is about two years old, so everything is nice and new and clean.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024Living at Alexan has been an absolute dream. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it feels like a perfect escape from the daily grind. The community is lush with greenery, and every morning I’m greeted by swaying palm trees and the soothing sounds of nature. My unit is spacious and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite things is lounging on my balcony with a cup of coffee, enjoying the calm view of the lake nearby. The ...amenities are top-notch, with a sparkling pool, a modern gym, co-working space, table tennis, and a billiard in the clubhouse. The management team is incredibly attentive, always ensuring everything is running smoothly, they are just GREAT. The location is ideal, too: close to shopping, restaurants, and parks.
