April 29, 2025I have been a loyal Solero resident for over 10 years. Since that time, I can safely state that the Upkeep of the Solero community is immaculate. Whether its painting, power washing, repairs, landscaping and/or just keeping the common areas and the grounds clean and in tip top shape, Solero has it covered to the point where Solero residents do NOT have to question the upkeep as the community is always pretty much in good standing. Additionally, in regards to maintenance, the maintenance team get ...the job done without delay and they are quite courteous. Further, the office staff is also courteous and they are readily available to answer any questions or concerns a Solero resident may have. April 29, 2025It's been better the last 4 to 5 months. There's not as much trash, the neighbors are quieter and more respectful of others. The office also appears to have improved in their interaction with the residents.Review from Apartments.com

April 4, 2025Great location, good and prompt maintenance staff, nice amenities and updated units. The units are quite expensive and my rent has increased with every year I’ve renewed. You can also hear the highway all day and night since there are no noise barriers.Review from Apartments.com
