The place is new and beautiful for sure but very misleading move-in specials. They advertise “2 months FREE rent,” but that’s not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you’re still paying rent every month. That’s a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in.
They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in, ...
but it’s been over 40 days plus and counting and there’s still no gift card. I’ve had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still.
It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don’t deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you’re considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the “the 2 months free rent” is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!!
I actually had two people who wanted move here but they decided against it after I explained how the so called 2 months free is actually applied..
