May 9, 2025Recurring pest infestation. Our unit was skipped by pest control. Forced to leave our bedroom and sleep on an air mattress. Management, especially Alyssa Hershey, was dismissive. Equity Residential’s legal team denied our request to end the lease early. Bugs still present. Filing complaints with HUD and local authorities.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2024The apartment is very modern. The amenities are nice. There’s a big gym and a rooftop area. It’s right across from The Bowl so you can watch events from the rooftop.Review from Apartments.com
Great Place
December 1, 2023I was in the area pre-looking for a new place for early 2024 and was greeted by Kyle who was the manager, she took her time to tour me around the property and answer my extra questions I had of the place and surrounding areas of entertainment.
