Terrible place to live

Great Place
February 13, 2023I’ve lived at Soll since the beginning of 2019. There has been quite a bit of turnover with staff since then. The service was great at the beginning then as the turnover happened it began to decline. Since Indigo took over Soll, it has been the best experience since I got here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and consistent with their office hours. Maintenance requests are promptly resolved. Communication/announcements are done very well through email, signs, etc. I love the location of the apartment ...because it’s close to downtown Des Moines without being in the center of it where it can be inconvenient. Some other perks of living at Soll include the restaurants, bars, stores nearby. Most of which you can receive a discount because Soll is an Indigo property. Overall, I genuinely enjoy living at Soll and think it a wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded

A Great Place to Live
February 10, 2023Being a relatively new building, it is well insulated/ sound proofed and gives you a bright and modern aesthetic. Recently under new management and has taken a turn for the better! All of the management staff members are prompt and responsive to needs and concerns of the residents. An excellent place to live

Amazing property and location
February 9, 2023I've been at Soll for 3+ years now. I love the location and proximity of things as I barely leave Ingersoll Ave because it's like a mini downtown for drinks and food, only better. The new management has definitely improved the property from the previous. My only wish is that the hot tub would be open during the winter time...Property Manager Responded

Great apartment
February 9, 2023Great place to live from my experience of 6mo thus far. Good build quality, can’t hear the neighbors much. Finishes are nice. Functional layout and lots of storage. Gym is nice. Package pickup is nifty and secure. Many options for parking. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Mgmt is good to work with. The location is ideal too!Property Manager Responded
