I have overall a great experience at this community! Services are timely and efficient; people are nice and respectful. The only thing bothers me is the AC noise next to my bedroom, but overall highly recommend the community!

Although it's only been a few weeks that I have just moved in I love my community it's quite, neighbors are friendly, pet friendly, super clean, gardens are very well kept, staff is helpful, the pools are clean always ready for a deep, plenty of parking for you and your guests.

The living conditions here at Solterra at Civic Center are excellent.
The new upgraded apartments are really nice. I particularly like the fact that my one bedroom apartment comes with a washer/dryer. That alone makes it worth living here.
Community management and staff are very professional and friendly.
Highly recommend you come and take a look for yourself.

The staff are awesome here snd will work with you when you inform them for anything to fix to covid 19. Through these hardship time they will work with you until the deadline. They are clean snd always a phone call away. They have everything here with food truck, tennis, pool and more. They keep everything together by having one of the greatest community. Im happy here!!
