October 7, 2025Service and loading dock area and hallways need a better configuration, upkeep, and aroma management. Elevators as well are often dirty, smell, and need to be dry mopped after mopped so they are dirtied right back up after having been mopped. July 29, 2025So far the experience of staying here has been great. The building in clean, the amenities are great, and management is (usually) on top of repairs. There are a few small issues that seem to occur regularly (door near the dog run is consistently broken, trash chutes often don't work in the evenings on our floor, etc.) I do appreciate how quick the response to service orders are, as we have never had to wait more than 24 hours for any repairs. July 28, 2025I’ve been living at Solverre for a month now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The amenities here are definitely one of the highlights - a well-maintained gym, a resort-style pool, and even a co-working lounge that makes working from home much more enjoyable. The grounds are clean, and the shared spaces are thoughtfully designed. The trash shoot continues to get clogged. People are generally friendly and respectful, and there's a real sense of community. I’ve had some nice ...conversations with neighbors in the elevator or while walking my dog, which makes a big difference when you're new to the area. The move-in process could have gone more smoothly. There were a few miscommunications with the leasing office regarding my move-in keys caused a bit of stress. Maintenance requests have been handled efficiently, and they have been responsive and helpful. July 2, 2025Management seems to have gotten less and less responsive regarding various issues including lease renewal, responding to emails but is very on top of sending out emails warning residents that their privileges regarding guest access and amenities will be taken away if they don’t follow the rules. On top of that, the quality of the building itself is cheap, you can see after a while things starting to break. The persistent hot water issue and side door issues are quite annoying. June 25, 2025Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. The apartment has ongoing maintenance issues — especially a persistent odor in the bathroom that hasn’t been resolved despite multiple requests. I also discovered a cockroach in the kitchen, which was very upsetting. While the maintenance team has been kind and responsive, the overall living conditions have not met expectations for a luxury building.Property Manager Responded
