Nice quiet place to live
September 9, 2025Lived here the better part of 6 years. First 2 years was a little rough. Homeless hanging out and package/mail theft. The last 3-4 years since the new direct Erica came in they really cleaned up the place. Security walking throughout the premises every night has made a big difference. No more homeless and theft problems. Maintenance team fairly quick to respond to Maintenance requests. Neighborhood is a lot calmer. Bad experience, Never recommend
May 11, 2017I lived in this apartment. I will never recommended anyone The moment you say you are planning to vacate, They don't care to repay the pending adjustment amount.
