I went to apply for an apartment that was supposed to come available soon, they didnt have anything to show me of it, they were very rude and didnt seem like they knew what they were doing, I ended up getting denied not their fault obviously but I didnt even know I never got a call or anything about it I had to call them and then they were rude and snappy with me afterwards they may look like a nice place but the people are terrible

Everyone keeps telling to check somerset out, and now I'm telling you to go to Somerset! Really peaceful, plenty of space and parking. You really get much more than what you're paying for. Management and maintenance is top notch. I felt very safe living here and it's well lit at night.

Somerset apartments are the best apartments to live in here in Hot Springs, the grounds are kept clean and safe. The staff that work here are helpful and kind. The saftey officer onsite is a very helpful officer as well.

I viewed all the apts and locations , not in the area I was looking for. I did like what I saw of the property.If it was where I wanted to be I would like to live there.

This community was beautiful and we could tell the management really took care of the property and residents. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available. However, this probably speaks to the quality of place that it is. No one wants to leave!
