I used to love this apartment, but it's turned into a dump. Ever since Western Wealth Management took over, there's trash and broken glass everywhere, graffiti and a burnt dumpster, they got rid of recycling, maintenance doesn't fix anything, the water is turned off without warning several times a week, and the front office never answers calls or emails. Right before major holidays they tell us to empty our kitchens for pest control - but nobody actually comes.
There are only nine parking
...spaces approved for non-residents on the entire property. The property changes towing companies every few months and tows everyone who doesn't have the new company's tag in their windows. They turn off our automatic rent payment every. single. month. so they can charge us late payment fees. They charge us for trash pickup that's literally just a guy in a truck who occasionally carries garbage from the door to the dumpster here on property. All the front porches are now covered in garbage bags. It smells rancid in summer - especially combined with the dog poop they don't pick up.
Adding insult to injury, for all these new "luxuries", they've almost doubled the rent.
I'm desperately searching for a new apartment, and any place run by Western Wealth, I don't even look at it. I know all too well how they run an apartment complex.
