Stay away from Avenue5
October 18, 2024Still waiting for my deposit refund i moved out in august. They put a stop on the first check they sent and also tried to charge me additionally because they had an accounting error in their system. Ive called and emailed the billing dept and main office multiple times no answer. Spoke to someone at the property they never got back to me. Avenue5 is inept at managing properties, besides all the hidden fees such as common are electricity, pest control and parking the pool didnt work the last 4ish ...years i was there. Stay far away from any Avenue5 properties rent anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Good Living Environment
April 11, 2024The property manager and new maintenance person are friendly, excellent, and professional. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. Don't do it!!
July 11, 2023I'm a current resident. This ad states there is a pool the mgr uses the pool as a selling point the reality is there is a pool but it's empty and hasn't worked for over 4 years!!!! Yikes
December 24, 2021They charge $55/month for parking and it is not even covered, it’s just a spot. And half of the time someone takes it. The apartments are old and musty. The carpet is gross and dingy, clearly never cleaned. The stove was dirty and had baked on grime when I moved in. Everything is run down. August 23, 2018Only 4 guest spots for the entire complex. Utilities not included, and they can run from $60-$100 . In addition there are hidden fees pest control, parking, utility sign up fee and so on. What should be an affordable apt is not i would look else where...Property Manager Responded
