good apartment for single
August 14, 2015This is the old building, but clean and calm. Almost residence are Asian people. They are nice and calm. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Bellflower isn't that bad
July 21, 2015Considered it's a low income level neighborhood, it's actually a great location. 10mins away from Cerritos and Downey, 20mins away from LA or OC. The apartment itself has the bare minimum. Living room, bedroom, small kitchen and small bathroom w/ an option of having a single parking space or tandum parking if you have 2 cars in one household and on site laundry room. This area is quiet most of the time but because we're right next to an elementary school, you hear traffic, kids and bells in ...the AM. Another inconvenience of loving next to an elementary school is that I t's hard to get in and out of the apartment as there are a lot of parents parking near the resident area to pick up / drop off their kids. Other than that there really isn't much to complain about. It's not the best neighbor hood but it works.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
