Living Lavish
August 20, 2015Sommerset apartment homes' living experience is like living in your own house with very close neighbors. The neighborhood is non-violent and very peaceful. The apartments are within walking distance to an elementary, junior high, and high school. The Vacaville Outlets are only one exit away for those that love bargain shopping. The apartments have a washer/dryer and A/C in each unit as well as up to date GE kitchen appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have a workout ...room, bbq grills for the residents to use, and a pool for those hot summer days. I mostly enjoy the warm nights that I sit on my front porch to enjoy peace and quiet. Feels Like Living in a House
August 20, 2015Sommerset Apartment Homes is located in a very quiet and homeowners' neighborhood. An elementary school, Junior High, and High School are all located within walking distance. This neighborhood is non-violent and very peaceful. The apartment includes a washer/dryer per unit as well as up to date GE Appliances such as the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, and A/C. I love the warm nights sitting on the front porch in peace and quiet. We have a workout room as well as a pool for those hot summer ...days. We also are 5 minutes away from the Vacaville Outlets. When you are living lavish expect to pay lavishly. If you can afford between 1,500 and 1,800 a month for rent then this is a great place to raise a family.
