Awful management
May 12, 2018My husband and I moved in and everything was great...fast forward some months and my husband began to have respiratory issues. We suspected there was mold in the vents. We consulted with management and she was very unaccomodating. His respiratory issue continued to grow and he ended up having to walk around with an oxygen tank. It took them forever to tend to the issue. Forever meaning we found a new home and moved out before they came to tend to it. Management is poor here. Horrible
April 26, 2018The units have roaches. My neighbors in my building as well as friends they live on the other Woden of the complex have roaches. Maintenance is very slow. The lady in the office is very rude more often than not. The gates to get in and out of the complex almost never work. There is trash everywhere outside all of the time. The units are also over priced for what you get. Wish they would get new management to fix up the place.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
March 8, 2017The apartment isn't like the pictures or the model that they show you. Management changes every few months. If you need maintenance to fix something you'll be waiting for a few weeks. When i moved in the apartment was dirty, unkept as well as most of the appliances were barely functional. The second you do something wrong, you become undesirable no.1 after months of being a perfect renter. Do not move here i would never recommend.Review from Apartments.com

Nice place to live
August 17, 2015What I like about Sonoma Point Apartment is that you get to see the actual apartment that you will be renting not a show room. The complex is clean and quiet. When I have a maintenance problem I call the office and the friendly staff sends maintenance, usually the next day sometime the same day, repairs done and I'm happy. I had a leak in a couple of rooms they tell me it's been repaired I'm waiting for another good rain to see. The apartment are nice, quiet, clean and roomy. Good apartment, not so good management
August 7, 2015Stayed here for a year, I have mixed reviews it's a typical 2bd/2b upstairs unit but over priced , they've had the non working security gate in construction for about 2months now, they maintain the outside area very clean that every 7am the blowers would be roaming around apartment units, which for graveyard people is not friendly at all. Very strict when it comes to your dish satellites it cannot be sticking outside your balcony or you will be fined with a very steep fee, which means you ...literally won't have a signal. Diana the leasing office manager is nice at first but once your locked in to your lease her attitude changes. They don't have enough parking spot only one assigned per unit, which means if you have one more you have to roam around the whole apartment to find an uncovered parking spot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 29, 2014I liked every thing that, I saw about this property and, I know that we are going to be moving out in the middle of next year so we will keep these apartment in mind when we contact all of the apartment's that we called or emailed on, these apts. caught my eye why you ask because they are very roomy and have a lot of space and extra storage that why we liked them, and the high school's are very nice also an so is the neighbor hood crime is not that high and that is a plus for us.Review from Apartments.com
