Black Mold and Roaches

There is roaches and we cannot get rid of them and the management isn't doing enough to get rid of them. The black mold is all in my walls and I have photos of it all and they refuse to do anything about it besides paint over it.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Gang violence, shootings, parties in the pool until 3am NIGHTLY.

I have lived here for over 5 years. The office staff is amazing, they listen to all the residents with up most respect. The maintenance guys complete work orders in a timely matter. They do monthly residents events. I really enjoy living here
