December 28, 2024I’ve lived here for a couple years now and had two different units with the complex it’s a shame how they treat you once you move in and maintenance is lackluster to say the least I had over 26 maintenance requests open for various things like my washer and dryer not working , missing ceiling panels and mold the maintenance guy that has came to repair before asked me if I had any drugs for him it’s just a downright terrible place to live police are always here and you here gunshots Atleast 5 ...times a week. This complex needs new management or to be torn down. The renovations units are terrible standing in the tub or shower all you hear is cracking and creaking please save your family the time and hassle of living hereProperty Manager Responded

Avoid Living Here
June 12, 2024My experience at this apartment was terrible. I first want to start with the turnaround time for maintenance and end with collections for a charge I had already paid. My A/C unit broke several times in the hottest months of the year, at times it took weeks for them to look at and when I called the office at one time they even told me condensation is not an urgent issue even though buckets of water were filling from the A/C unit. When I moved out my A/C unit broke again. This time the repairs were ...made a little more promptly but is sounded like a lawnmower in the apartment. The July after I moved out I was given the final bill, which I paid promptly after using a money order like when I moved in. I held on to the receipt for some time but after 6 months or so I eventually threw it out. nearly a year after I got a call from onni group from a collections agent asking for the money I already paid. Since I used a money order I did not have a receipt but I had a charge for the money order; however, I was told it would not suffice so I paid it again to avoid hurting my credit. All of this plus the units were still not renovated and high rent hikes every year. Not only that the smell of marijuana was everywhere as well as dog poop on the lawn. My recommendation is to steer clear and live elsewhere. It isn't worth it for a dingy dirty unit upon move in, especially with what they are asking now.Property Manager Responded

Loved this place!!
April 3, 2024I moved into Sonoran Flats in late 2022. I was excited to get one of the new renovated apartments. Holy cow! What a difference from the old style. So check this out. Stainless steel appliances. Quartz counters - a really pretty white. Anti slam cabinets!! The quiet was so nice when the kids couldn't slam the cabinet doors. Dishonest Business Practices
October 18, 2020This website rates apartments based on actual reviews + amenities, so keep in mind that most of these amenities are not available due to COVID and several of them are in fact falsely stated. Units DO NOT have microwaves, they no longer have package receiving (even after COVID is over), and while they may have a washer/dryer with each unit, they flat-out told us they are not required to make repairs so we have had to use a laundromat for over 30% of our lease so far. We were handed filthy a ...apartment that had clearly not had a walk-through, and we had to place 9 work orders on move-in day. Not one of them got taken care of for 3 weeks, and for 4 of them they simply stated that they can refuse to make repairs. When we tried to urge them to take care of at least the "emergency" repairs within a reasonable time, the agents in the office made up a law that supposedly prevented them from doing so. As a teacher, I instill in adolescents the desire to be excellent in whatever field they choose, whether it be a doctor or a groundskeeper, and to do their job with dignity and honor. The management here clearly have no desire for excellence, honor, and most certainly do not treat their tenants with dignity.Property Manager Responded

Filthy, lazy ridiculous
September 15, 2020Repairs take way too long to complete and when asked for eta they do not respond. Will text you to make sure rent is being sent though. Pools are discusting. Cigarette buds, glass beer and liquor bottles and on my 1st visit, a dead bird in the pool. Looks like they haven’t cleaned in weeks. Water was also shut off for street repairs and no notices ever given. It’s just getting ridiculous at this point. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded

Worst place to live!!!!
October 25, 2019The worst they have tiny black bigs that I have no idea what they are. Maintenance is a joke!! They lie about everything. They got rid of the whole crew that was here when I first moved in, so now they hired people care about anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone. To top it off whatever is on the grounds here makes your dog very sick my neighbor had to put her dog down. I can’t even take my dog out, and to top it off I have been sick since I moved in!!
