Pet care? Playground? Safe?

It says they have pet care and a playground? There is no pet care, they don't even have garbage bins or plastic baggies for you to throw your dog's waste in. They expect you to bring it into your house. They have a designated dog area by the front office with a sign that says to clean after your dog but there's nowhere to throw the poop bags.
There are drug dealers and people getting shot in these apartments. Any given day you could be minding your business and see couples arguing outside of ...
your apartment or drug dealers fighting crackheads in the middle of the parking lot (I'm NOT even exaggerating).
As for the playground it's there but it's been closed for a while. So, if you want to live somewhere that it is TRULY pet and child friendly don't try to live here.
It's definitely not worth what you'll be paying to live here for sure. You could barely even find parking; people literally take up handicapped spots without having a sticker.
