Good place for the price and location
January 18, 2025I am a current resident and I enjoy living here. For the price and location you really cannot beat it. Of course there is always room for improvement anywhere you go. However, there isn’t much to complain about. Trash valet is great and maintenance is good. The management office is very nice and communicative! Parking spaces can be improved. Tons of mud when it rains and when there are lots of residents there is not enough parking spots. Definitely look into this place if you aren’t wanting to ...spend a fortune on an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance
June 1, 2023The Maintenance Department is awesome. My ice maker was leaking in my kitchen. I contacted the office in 2 days they were here and we thought we had it done. Three days later it was leaking and they came within 2 days and said you ice maker can't be fixed we have order new ice makers and now a week and half later I have an new ice maker. February 10, 2022I would recommend it to anyone. Just needs the parking spaces to be free of mud and the trash pick up to be welcomed more than 2 bags and more than 20 pounds to be picked up.
