I have stayed in these apartments 2 separate times over the past few years. They are a wonderful place to live! Safe, and quiet, clean!! Maintenance always takes care of requests extremely quickly! No complaints! No issues! Very sweet, helpful office staff! Loved it here! :)

My rating is closer to 4.5 The *only* reason I would take away half of a star is because laundry is not in unit (although this is difficult to find in San Angelo anyway), there wasn’t a microwave. Beyond that, I can’t complain about my experience! While I was living at sonterra west, management changed 3 times, but every time they were attentive, friendly and easy to work with. The apartment complex is in a good location right by a main road, and is quiet and safe. Management will take care of ...

your packages for you. Maintenance was quick to respond and did a good job. They change the filters and spray for bugs every month. When I moved in the apartment was clean and well taken care of. At one point someone kept parking in my parking spot- and management dealt with it quickly.

This complex is always nicely maintained. The landscaping is immaculate. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests. And the office staff is very friendly and courteous! Very nice!
