February 26, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy rating is closer to 4.5 The *only* reason I would take away half of a star is because laundry is not in unit (although this is difficult to find in San Angelo anyway), there wasn’t a microwave. Beyond that, I can’t complain about my experience! While I was living at sonterra west, management changed 3 times, but every time they were attentive, friendly and easy to work with. The apartment complex is in a good location right by a main road, and is quiet and safe. Management will take care of ...your packages for you. Maintenance was quick to respond and did a good job. They change the filters and spray for bugs every month. When I moved in the apartment was clean and well taken care of. Fran, the property manager, was able to do this for me at short notice. My one bedroom apartment was more than suitable for my needs. The property is located almost right at the center of San Angelo so it was close to everything! I would definitely rent here again if I ever come back to San Angelo.Property Manager Responded
