September 7, 2023Lived at the apartment for 2 years. First my vehicle was broken into twice, catalytic converter was stolen, there are no cameras in the parking lot so they were absolutely no help. Second, I put a work order in multiple times for a leaking window that leaked EVERYTIME it rained, carpet was soaked every thunderstorm , never got fixed but the work order was marked complete every time. Third, a maintenance worker walked in our apartment as I was in the shower even though it was requested as “By ...appointment only”, I walked out (luckily clothed) and he was answering the door for my Uber Eats order (I WISH I was kidding). The gate code sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Cabinets were falling apart when I moved in but somehow got charged for them at move out.
