Live Literally Anywhere Else
July 18, 2024I have lived at Sorelle since 2020 and am finally moving out due to numerous issues that have made my living experience extremely unpleasant. Cockroach Infestation: This complex has a constant cockroach problem that persists despite spraying, cleaning, and using roach traps. Cockroaches are a common sight here, as you’ll see mentioned in other reviews. Unaccommodating Leasing Office: The leasing office is inflexible and always looking for ways to charge residents. If there’s a way for them to ...make you pay for something, they absolutely will. Recurring AC Issues: Every summer, our AC clogs, causing water to accumulate under the floorboards. This leads to moisture problems that require temporary maintenance fixes every few weeks until summer ends. Poor Pet Management: Pets often use the hallways as their bathrooms, which creates an unsanitary living environment. Security Concerns: Cars are frequently broken into, making residents feel unsafe. Fire Alarms and Power Issues: The fire alarms go off constantly, causing unnecessary disruptions. Additionally, the power flickers whenever there’s a storm, which is highly inconvenient. Management Change: The previous management genuinely cared for their residents. Unfortunately, the new management is more concerned with profit than resident satisfaction. They are corporate sticklers focused on money rather than the well-being of their tenants. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.Property Manager Responded

Incredible Management, Location, & Value!
January 6, 2022I moved in last week, and I am thoroughly enjoying my unit at Sorelle Apartments. The location and the management are truly out of this world. MANAGEMENT: Taylar and John assisted me throughout the application and leasing process. I did run into a bit of confusion with move-in dates, but Sorelle's team was always there and super responsive when questions arose. Management at Sorelle is very sweet, caring, and speedy, and I can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into improving this ...already amazing community. One of the biggest plus points of this community! LOCATION: The main reason I applied to Sorelle was for its location, and now that I am here, I am so grateful for it! Approximate walking times are 5-6 minutes from Lindbergh MARTA, 5-6 minutes from Kroger, and 8-10 minutes from Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, and more! Even without a car, I feel like I can get wherever I need to go. ROOM: My unit is a one bedroom, with the Zola floorplan. The in-unit washer/dryer are a game-changer, and the walk-in closet is quite spacious. I appreciate having a balcony for outdoor relaxation, and the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom have ample space for me. I am enjoying this floorplan. SAFETY: Residents sometimes leave the gates open (I close them whenever I see them), but a key fob is always required to enter the building itself. I feel safe walking outside Sorelle in daytime, and I can easily carry groceries back and forth from the building. PRICE: The price varies depending on your unit/timing (I appreciate the price at which I got my unit, but I will acknowledge there may be big jumps in price per floorplan!). In addition to monthly rent and utilities, there are recurring fees of $68/mo. for pest control, five-days-a-week trash pick-ups, etc. There is a one-time $80 key fob for parking/building, with there is no recurring fee for parking. AMENITIES: Pool, fitness center with exercise necessities, a resident lounge for work/relaxation, and various courtyard areas – all good! The only downside I have encountered is the occasional bug encounter, but I think that – in Atlanta – this is hard to avoid. Sorelle has been responsive in acknowledging my bug concerns and scheduling pest control. With a can of Raid handy, I am seeing improvements already! Overall, I am glad that I chose Sorelle Apartments, and I cannot emphasize how incredible the apartment's management, location, and value are. I am very happy to be here! April 23, 2021Bugs are a huge issue in this building. Pest control comes once a week IF you put in a work order 24 hrs in advance. They only go to apartments which call which defeats the purpose for bugs that jump house to house. Break ins are a thing as well.
