Did not pay deposit back
November 18, 2023I was not informed, I must perfectly clean the room before I leave it, so they charged me 450$ for taking out 2 bags of trash and a few more things. It may be says in contract, but I did not read it, They could advise me to clean it perfectly. I did not break a blind, but they sent me a picture of it on the bed. Excellent place for the price.
July 13, 2022Benisha is always helpful and responds quickly if there is an issue, and the location is perfect if you work in Seattle. Great view from the roof. Street parking is surprisingly not a problem, and there is a streetcar station right outside that can take you downtown or to Capitol Hill. Great short term experience!
September 8, 2021Living here August to November for the 3rd time, my wife's work brings us here every year for a few months. Never had any issues, units are small but the pricing is the best you will find around. Benisha the community manager is always helpful and made move in effortless. Terrible! Stay at your own risk! No parking space! Car got towed away
August 8, 2021Terrible. Just stayed there for a period of about 2 months from start of June till end July. Paid a security deposit of $500. No parking spaces and just got a security deposit refund of $179.99 after cleaning the room. No amenities as promised. The top rooms were hot during the summer. Planning to pursue this case further. Avoid at all cost. There're better apartments around.Property Manager Responded

Benisha - the manager - is STAR!
February 26, 2021We've been living here for more than 3 years and not very happy with the previous property manager. They were nice; they just did everything slowly. Then Benisha came, and she took care of everything that was supposed to be done years ago in days (mail key copy, replaced a new fridge and a new microwave, paper printings,...)
