I was not informed, I must perfectly clean the room before I leave it, so they charged me 450$ for taking out 2 bags of trash and a few more things. It may be says in contract, but I did not read it, They could advise me to clean it perfectly. I did not break a blind, but they sent me a picture of it on the bed. Also, you can meet homeless people in the building.

Benisha is always helpful and responds quickly if there is an issue, and the location is perfect if you work in Seattle. Great view from the roof. Street parking is surprisingly not a problem, and there is a streetcar station right outside that can take you downtown or to Capitol Hill. Cozy units for a price that’s hard to beat.

Living here August to November for the 3rd time, my wife's work brings us here every year for a few months. Never had any issues, units are small but the pricing is the best you will find around. Benisha the community manager is always helpful and made move in effortless. On site laundry and proximity to everything make this place a great value. Great rooftop views and grill!

Terrible! Stay at your own risk! No parking space! Car got towed away

Terrible. Just stayed there for a period of about 2 months from start of June till end July. Paid a security deposit of $500. No parking spaces and just got a security deposit refund of $179.99 after cleaning the room. No amenities as promised. The top rooms were hot during the summer. Planning to pursue this case further. Avoid at all cost. There're better apartments around.

We've been living here for more than 3 years and not very happy with the previous property manager. They were nice; they just did everything slowly. Then Benisha came, and she took care of everything that was supposed to be done years ago in days (mail key copy, replaced a new fridge and a new microwave, paper printings,...) She's the best!

Sorento Flats is a great space to live. I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed a space of transition for a couple of months. Benisha, the property manager is a Jewel! Come here, you wont be disappointed.
