        • This has been a nightmare.

          December 1, 2025
          We moved in and 20 days later management still hasn’t provided proper working access fobs. One fob opens the gate; the other is for common areas and is broken/unreliable—so one tenant can’t consistently access the building/unit like a normal resident. We’ve gotten constant excuses and shifting timelines, with no urgency and no accountability. If you’re thinking about moving here, run. I’ll be moving out as soon as my lease ends.

          The staff is really sweet but have way too little time to make this a pleasant or even barrable application experience. Someone at Corporate had this dream of a seamless, fully automated computerized application process but it fails in some many ways. Very miserable process.

          A / C still does not provide cold air, even after 4 requests. Technicians came to the apartment but did not solve the problem, nor did they leave any kind of response.

        • Worst experience ever!!!

          Water shut offs almost daily!!! Dirty and old , no matter if they add gray paint and new light switches! Managers make rules as they go and promise one thing and pull out with another! From a person that is not from town, I was left with a really bad impression.such a shame.

          I am 97 and comfortable living here since opening as the Millenium however I am on a fixed income that hadn't changed in 25 years and find increases and excessive charges of trash etc. are hard to meet as far as the amenities being shut down these items are part of the rent and since usage is denied hopefully is taken into consideration when being charged for unusable amenities these are very difficult times for everyone

          Apartment is nice if your on the top floor. The price is a bit extreme especially not having access to ANYTHING for month(s) going on a year is ridiculous. When I moved here for amenities, I understood the price to rent. Now its just absurd.
