    Did a great job with caulking but I requested the scary looking bloody mess in basement near the mailboxes to be cleaned ..never has this place looked that kind of messy!

    Lease Renew Process was good, only thing is trying to renew on line I had problems so I had to go to the leasing office to get help, otherwise it was good.

    Issues with internet The maintenance employee tested my system and diagnosed the issue. What I needed was determined with patience and kindness. The item needed was purchased, set up and tested. My television, internet and system have been working perfectly every since.

    Just moved in I moved in to south ridge apartments about a week ago and love it so far. Homer was very helpful through the application/leasing process. The apartment was very clean moving in and the gift basket was a nice touch. Also, setting up WiFi was super simple compared to going through traditional cable services.
