    Issues with internet The maintenance employee tested my system and diagnosed the issue. What I needed was determined with patience and kindness. The item needed was purchased, set up and tested. My television, internet and system have been working perfectly every since.

    Just moved in I moved in to south ridge apartments about a week ago and love it so far. Homer was very helpful through the application/leasing process. The apartment was very clean moving in and the gift basket was a nice touch. Also, setting up WiFi was super simple compared to going through traditional cable services.

    So where do I begin. The place started off fine which is why I have 5 stars… but boy was i in for a rude awakening…. I had a neighbor who played call of duty on surround sound pretty much every night of the week until like 5am constantly & when I would do what I was supposed to do & call management they literally did nothing & I actually heard them complain saying “ oh my god he’s calling again “. Yeah people here do not do there job whatsoever, I could go more about cheap the apt is & other. ...
    Whatever experiences but when I say I’m moving out they added an extra $500 to my rent & no one told me otherwise…. Save your money & the headache DO NOT COME TO THIS CHEAP & unprofessional living space

  • Turn around

    Had leak in bathroom look like it had been leaking for some years maintenance fix leak them just but paint they also like to turn water off for hours @ a time in 4hours it will be 24hours ...but if you love the outside look and if you love raccoons this is the place for you

  • Would not suggest.

    I lived there for many years & it was nice at one time, but I would no longer suggest it. Beyond being dirty and dangerous, I had an ongoing issue with my new neighbors, to the point I finally had to move out the first of the year. Over a period of 10 months, I had to call for noise issues 8 times, email the office 4 times, and mail the corporate office twice. After all of that nothing was ever done to fix the issue. Neighbors would play music loud enough to literally vibrate the wall & it was ...
    nothing but bass. This would be at any random time, 8AM on a Sunday, 1AM on a Friday, or 6PM on a Tuesday. Southbridge always told me they would look into it, but nothing ever changed. It just became miserable to live there. I know this was an issue for many people throughout the entirety of the complex. Very happy to be away from there... I know it is tough out there & prices are high, but you can do better.

  • maintenance is awesome, apartments are not

    Pros to this apartment complex: maintenance is awesome, nice, fast. People (neighbors) can be nice, just depends on where you’re at. Cons: you hear everything your neighbors do. Argue, watch movies (although it’s mostly just the music you hear), I’ve even heard the Grote commercials from next door. And there is drywall pieces on my vents from the upper level so I doubt there’s insulation.

  • Amazing Community!

    I have had a really great experience with Southbridge. The apartments are kept well and renovated, the grounds are beautiful, and any maintence request I have had to submit has been fixed the next day! I would highly recommend.

  • Best place to live

    February 19, 2017
    I lived here 3 years and will resign my new lease for the fourth year. the apartment are very nice and they give free gaz for cooking and heating. the management are friendly and helpful, they always great you with smile and ready to help you once you walking the office. Maintenance is excellent on fixing thing on time. if there are six rating I would give to them.
