If you visit one of their apartments, get ready for all the spam they will send to you: weekly emails and texts. The office manager will call and leave you messages and even after you tell them to stop contacting you, they will continue. They will also share your information without permission to their 'sister apartments' - university west. This apartment complex will contact you as well. You will be forced to to block their emails and numbers. Their apartments are not great to begin will and ...

This complex has a very nice courtyard with tall trees for shade in the summer and beautiful leaves in the fall! In the courtyard there is a propane grill and outdoor table for all residents to us.
