January 24, 2024South Meadows is a clean, quiet community. I have been very pleased with management/maintenance staff and their urgency to address issues, as well as their friendliness when seen around the complex. My only real issue with South Meadows was when my AC unit went out (along with several others in the complex); however, management and maintenance staff where helpful and understanding all while doing everything they could to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
