Terrible customer service
May 11, 2021I have lived here for a year now and numerous occasions been without hot water with no notice or reason as to why. The office rarely answers their phones. Also, my garage was robbed and I requested that management send out an email to all residents cautioning them and nothing was done about it.Property Manager Responded
January 26, 2022User, Thank you for your review. While we understand it is frustrating to have the water turned off without notice. The water is only ever shut down without notice due to emergency repairs. Notices are emailed and posted for any scheduled repairs. Please make sure your email is on file with the office so that you are receiving all notices. Garage break ins are also very frustrating. As we are not the police, there is little we can assist with as far as theft of items. All theft should be reported to the authorities right away. We did request patrols from the police around the property after the occurrance to help deter additoanl theft.

GREAT LOCATION!
August 15, 2015The apartment building is Extremely close to the mall, it takes less thank five minutes to be there while walking. The reason I gave this apartment complex 4/5 stars is because maintenance issues are hard to get resolved, the emergency maintenance system they have on the weekend makes you feel like your maintenance issues arent important enough to be calling in for, and the insulation around the pipes in the bathrooms is installed improperly, so the pipes knock loudly when the neighbors shower. ...Although the problems seem to be in plenty, I must admit that the perks of the apartment greatly out weigh the bad. The building and interior is extremely well kept. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The apartments have ample kitchen storage, the bedroom closets are very spacious and the porches are a huge plus!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
