Maintenance Workers are GREAT!!!!
February 6, 2026The apartments are wonderful and updated. The office staff is very kind and helpful but the maintenance workers are so wonderful. They stay on top of their job and are very respectful and professional when they come into the apartments to do work orders. My new apartment is so pretty!
May 5, 2025I love my new place, it feels very modern with the granite and lvp floors. The office staff was awesome when I toured and moved in, and maintenance was really nice when I put in a work order for the dishwasher and it turns out I just wasn’t pushing the right buttons, lol.Review from Apartments.com

Not Luxury, More like Loud
June 3, 2023These so called “luxury apartments” look nice on the outside but so far have been anything but. They charge you an arm and a leg for amenities we haven’t even been able to access yet, plus a cable charge that you can’t opt out of even if you don’t watch cable. They have a “valet trash l” service that’s an extra 50 bucks a month but the “valets” only take a small bag of trash. I’d rather save money and take my own trash to the dumpster. It also has an issue with drug deals across the street at the ...Dollar General and several suspicious characters that roam the grounds, especially now that the pool is open. The police already have been called out to the complex to shut down a massive pool party that had a huge crowd of people screaming, yelling, and playing extremely loud and offensive music. The music was so loud that I could hear it in my apartment with all the doors closed and it was making the walls shake. I didn’t call the cops but someone did and they arrived around 8 pm to shut down the party and clear out the crowd, the majority of whom don’t even live here. Don’t bring your family here. It’s overpriced and definitely not luxury.Property Manager Responded
