July 11, 2025I've lived here at South Ridge for almost eight years now. I am well taken care of, the apartment is very nice and I love having a garage for my vehicle to protect it from harsh North Dakota winters, and the grounds are shoveled and plowed as well, along with well maintained lawns and shrubs in the summer too! As far as maintenance is concerned, I have always had same day response for repairs and things are handled quickly and efficiently! I appreciate all that South Ridge does, Thank ...you! March 4, 2025I didn't have a walk thru before I signed the lease, but once I got my keys Madison walked me to my apartment and I was shook at how nice it looked. Compared to other apts I've lived this by far was the most up to date. I moved from Oklahoma and needed a place pronto and South ridge made it it easy and got me in quickly.
