August 29, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comAC not working properly. They just blew me off. Then it goes out completely. 86 degrees inside. Recurring black mold in vents. Awful office staff
September 9, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI stayed there only as long as my lease. The location was nice, but the apartments were just okay. The thing that pushed me past my point was how hard it was to get any help from the office. At the time they had windows behind their desks, and I could not tell you how many times I went in to ask a question only to be told 'yes one moment' as one of the girls would pretend to do something on the computer... all the while I could see an episode of FRIENDS playing on her monitor in the reflection of ...the window. Multiple times. Their office hours also mean nothing, you can call and you've only got a 50% chance of getting anyone to pick the phone up and a 10% chance of having someone call you back.Read More
13 maintenance requests in 9 months
June 8, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comFirst, the staff and maintenance crew are great. They are always timely and nice. But these are old units with old appliances and we have had many issues. I've had to submit 13 maintenance requests in 9 months and many are recurring. My first garage flooded. My second garage has had the door break 3 times. I've had to have the AC fixed 5 times. Luckily not in summer. 50% of the electrical outlets didn't work when we moved in and some still don't. In summary, you're going to have problems ...but you can also know that maintenance will be there quickly to fix it.Read More

The place stinks and is making all my belongings smell like the rotten stench that reeks from the walls. There's no where to walk you're dog. The customer service is horrible. I've been waiting 2 months for them to put grass in my mini yard. How ridiculous is that. There's no gate clicker, you have to stop and manually put in the code every day. The parking is terrible. It's in ...the middle of no where. Takes like 15 minutes to get to the freeway. Oh and way overpriced when you can go down the street and get a brand new apartment for the same price. I can not wait to get out of this place.Read More

One lady was going over apartment plans with a young lady who as just walked in and asked to look around. Second lady was speaking with what we assumed was a current tenant. (She may have been an employee since she was sitting behind a desk.) A man was also sitting at a table waiting for assistance. We walked into the office, stood inside for 10 mins and no one ...spoke to us! One lady made eye contact but no one acknowledged us. We'd have been happy to wait if someone had at least acknowledged our presence. No thanks! If this is how you are treated when they are trying to entice you to live there, how would you be treated if you actually had a problem! The apartments get really hot and since there are no ceiling fans I am forced to leave the air conditioner on all day which gets expensive. The pool has been under construction most of the summer and when it is open the water is green or extremely packed. However, when I put in a maintenance request it gets taken care of immediately. July 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is the perfect size for me. It is safe and clean. The pools and grounds have been imaculant until this year. The maintenance department leaves much to be desired and the management has changed several times. Not always for the best. The rent has gone up with over $200 in 5 years with no real improvements.

The resident's are very respectful of each other except for the apartment that had 13 people living in it.. That's right. THIRTEEN! The office staff is dreadful! I have been living in apartment for a while and this isn't my first rodeo. Apartment living is anything but glorious but when you have awful office staff it won't be a pleasant experience. No one in that office knows what is going on. I do have to say, that the maint. ...techs are awesome though! I won't be renewing my lease when it's up but if you can get past miscommunication and the office staff blaming the issues on you, then go for it!
